הדרכת הורים פרטנית

כהורים, אנחנו מוצאים את עצמנו לפעמים, בחיפוש אחר ידע שיעזור לנו להטיב את האווירה המשפחתית שבה אנו חיים. הורות מביאה איתה אתגרים ודילמות ואנו מחפשים תשובות. אני מציעה הדרכת הורים, במפגשים אישיים או דרך הזום, במרחב בטוח, לא שיפוטי, שבו אתם מוזמנים ללמוד, לדבר, להקשיב ולהבין איך ניתן לשפר את היחסים המשפחתיים ולהנות מהזמן יחד כמשפחה.

הדרכת הורים קבוצתית

הדרכת הורים קבוצתית היא הדרכה הכוללת מגוון נושאים המיועדים לתת מידע וכלים לשיפור האווירה המשפחתית. המפגשים קבועים מראש וכוללים נושאים כגון: גבולות, עונשים, יחסי אחים, שייכות ומועילות ועוד.

הדרכת הורים בליווי סוסים

מאז מרס 2023, נוספה אפשרות חדשה ושונה לקבל כלים רגשיים בהדרכת הורים על ידי מפגש עם סוסים. העבודה עם הסוסים מאפשרת לנו להסתכל על תבניות ההתנהגות שלנו, תבניות המחשבה שלנו כאינדיבידואל וכהורה. הסוסים עוזרים לנו להבין טוב יותר על ידי כך שבנוכחותם, אנחנו חייבים להיות אחד עם הראש ועם הלב - המעשים שלנו חייבים להיות מכוילים עם המילים שלנו והרגשות אותן אנו מרגישים.

העבודה עם הסוסים היא עבודת קרקע בלבד ואינה כוללת רכיבה. לא נדרשת היכרות מוקדמת עם סוסים.

Parental Education

Private Session

As a parent, you sometimes find yourself seeking advice or knowledge to help with the daily challenges of parenthood. I offer parental education and consult in-person sessions or on Zoom. A safe and non-judging space for you to learn and understand how your family can improve relationships and enjoy time together

Parenting Workshops

My parenting workshops cover a variety of topics, including improving the family atmosphere, boundaries, sibling relationships, feeling included and productive, and more. I provide support and resources to help you navigate the challenges of parenthood.

Equine Facilitated Learning

Since March 2023, I have added a new option for parental education sessions - Equine Facilitated Learning. Working with the horses offers unique insights into your patterns, thoughts, and behaviors as a parent. In an equine parenting session, the horses will help you understand more, you will need to be aware of your internal feelings and your external actions and let the magic happen. The sessions are groundwork only.
