Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach me if you cannot find an answer to your question.

I recommend starting birthing classes in the Third trimester, around 32 weeks gestation.

My birthing classes cover a range of topics, including stages of labor, pain management techniques, positioning for labor and birth, and newborn care. I also offer classes specifically for breastfeeding for partners and support persons.

Yes, I support any kind of birth: water births as an option for mothers who wish to labor and/or give birth in a warm water pool, home births, or hospital births.

It includes a get-to-know meeting, two birthing classes before the birth, the birth, and a lactation/postpartum visit.  I am always available for a phone consultation during the pregnancy and on stand-by call for the birth from 38 weeks - 42 weeks.

Yes, I do house visit for lactation support at NYC or Bergen County NJ. The visit is about two hours long and I try my best to schedule it according to your baby feeding needs.

A session for Parenting Education lasts an hour. It can be done in person or on Zoom.
