  I have been an experienced IBCLC lactation consultant since 2010. I provide personalized support and guidance to help new mothers navigate the challenges of breastfeeding. I offer home visits and remote consultations to ensure that my clients receive the support they need, when and where they need it.

I have been a certified birth doula since 2005. I  provide compassionate support to expectant mothers and their families during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. From emotional support during labor to guidance on infant care and breastfeeding, I am here to help you every step of the way.

I offer personalized childbirth education services to help new parents feel confident and informed as they prepare for the arrival of their new baby. I provide guidance on topics such as breastfeeding, sleep training, and baby care, and I work closely with my clients to ensure that they feel supported and empowered.
